We go and look for it.
Most of what we handle never appears on a listing. If the car you want is not on the book, tell us and we will go and look for it.
Give us a brief
How a search runs.
You tell us
Takes ten minutesBrand, model, year, specification, colour if it matters to you, and a budget. If you are open on some of it, say so — it widens what we can bring you.
We ask around
Usually two to six weeksPrivate keepers, family collections, and the small number of houses we deal with. Most of the cars we find were never for sale until we asked.
We go and see it
In person, never by proxyEvery car is seen in person and photographed before it reaches you. You get what we found, including the parts of it we would rather not have found.
The terms
Agreed in writingWe agree a price with you before anything is shown, and you decide who is told. Nothing about the car, or you, is published afterwards.
What to tell us.
Six lines is enough to begin. Anything you leave open, we will treat as open.
Begin a brief
Nothing was for sale until we asked.
Tell the house what you are looking for and we go and ask on your behalf.
